Chipotle Veggie Dip
We have been suffering this week with sickness-RSV, coughing, sore throats and stuffy noses. I have had soup every day, drank mugs and mugs of honey-lemon tea, sat in steam, using humidifiers, lots of snuggles with Archer, used peppermint oils and have been trying to up the spice in all my dishes in attempt to move this sickness right on out. I have really been struggling with inadequacy as a mom because little man has been so sick! Earlier this week, we had my brother-in-laws over for some wings and Sam loves some raw veggies with wings. When we "tried" Whole30, I gagged when I attempted to eat plain raw broccoli. Needless to say, I use my raw veggies as a conduit for ranch. To up my veggie dip game, I added some chipotles and some spice. So easy, and the boys loved it!
Chipotle Ranch Veggie Dip
- 2 cups your favorite Ranch dressing (I used Bolthouse Farms yogurt ranch dressing)
- 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3-4 dashes hot sauce (more to taste)
- 1.2 tsp paprika
- 4 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined. Chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge before serving.
Enjoy and WAR EAGLE
